Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During website drops, new collection launches, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination, or a flat rate may apply.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our retail location in Minnesota.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your item.
Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
One-of-One Vintage Items
Most items sold are vintage and one-of-one. Once an order is placed, the item is removed from inventory and cannot be replaced.
We carefully inspect all items before shipment, but minor signs of wear may be present due to the nature of vintage clothing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Vintage Revival is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local United States Post Office to file a claim.
